EH Nonprofit
Marketing Suite
A set of three connected tools that English & Hudson uses to plan, run and
measure digital marketing for nonprofit organizations. Staff at partner
organizations sign in to create and approve advertising campaigns, review analytics in
plain language, and publish organic social content — without needing to learn five
different advertising consoles.
The suite is operated by English & Hudson, a digital marketing consultancy working
with nonprofits and mission-driven organizations. It is made available to partner
organizations we work with directly. It is not a self-service product and is not
available for public sign-up.
What the tools do
AI Ads Builder
Creates and manages advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta and LinkedIn from a
single interface. Staff describe what they are trying to achieve; the tool drafts campaign
structure, ad copy, keywords and audience targeting for review. Nothing is
published or changed without a person explicitly approving it. The tool also runs
a diagnostic dashboard that flags underperforming campaigns — high cost per action, low
click-through rate, keywords with no impressions — and proposes specific fixes for a human
to accept or reject.
GA4 Intelligence
Reads a partner organization’s Google Analytics 4 property and translates it into plain
language: which channels bring people in, which actually produce donations or sign-ups,
what changed since last month, and what looks anomalous. Produces board-ready reports.
Read-only — it never modifies analytics configuration.
EH Social Agent
Drafts, schedules and publishes organic social posts, with an approval queue so a person
reviews every post before it goes out, and a shareable review link for colleagues who
don’t have an account.
How organizations connect their accounts
Different platforms work differently, and we think it’s worth being specific:
- Google Ads. A partner organization’s Google Ads account is linked to
English & Hudson’s Google Ads manager account, the same way any agency relationship
works. The organization grants and can revoke that link from within their own Google Ads
account at any time. The suite reaches Google Ads through English & Hudson’s own API
credentials — organizations do not connect a Google account to the suite for advertising,
and the suite never asks for one. - Google Analytics 4. The organization adds our service account as a
Viewer on their GA4 property, from their own GA4 admin settings. Viewer access is
read-only. They can remove it at any time, again from their own settings. - Meta and LinkedIn. The organization connects its own ad account
through each platform’s standard authorization flow. Those access tokens are encrypted
before storage and used only to serve that organization. - Signing in. Staff sign in with Google or Microsoft. We receive an
email address and display name to identify the account. Nothing else.
Human approval is the design, not a setting
The suite drafts and recommends. It does not spend money on its own. Creating a
campaign, changing a bid, pausing an ad, publishing a post — each requires a person to
review the specific proposed change and approve it. There is no mode in which the tool
acts autonomously on an advertising account.
Data and privacy
Our Suite Privacy Policy sets out
exactly what data the suite touches, where it is stored, how long it is kept, who it is
shared with, and how to have it deleted. It covers Google user data specifically, including
our compliance with the Google API Services User Data Policy and its Limited Use
requirements.

Service.
Access
The suite is invite-only. If your organization works with English & Hudson and you
