Design Strategist. As Design Strategist at English Hudson, Holly — based in Copenhagen and NYC — leverages her interdisciplinary background in graphic design, creative direction, art, and writing to create visual branding assets tailored to each client’s unique mix of storytelling and brand communication initiatives.

Holly was the founder, CEO, and creative director of Plant Apothecary, the first BIPOC-owned natural beauty brand at Target and Ulta. She partnered with nonprofit workshops for mentally and physically disabled adults for production and distribution of the brand's products.

She received her BA from Spelman College, and has graduate degrees in Interior Architecture (Parsons School of Design) and Material Culture (SUNY Empire State). She joined the English Hudson team — initially as a writing strategist — to apply her diverse skill set in a setting where the work could have a more direct impact on socioeconomically and systematically disadvantaged communities.

Outside of her work with EH, Holly is a visual artist, natural health advocate, and musician.
