Director of Learning and Innovation. With over 15 years in education, Rahnesia brings extensive expertise in leadership, communications, strategy, and project management to her role. A dedicated organizer, she has a strong record of developing and facilitating groups around shared goals, strategically aligning efforts to maximize impact for communities of color.

At English Hudson, Rahnesia leads efforts to design and implement forward-thinking learning strategies that uphold the firm’s standard of excellence. Her responsibilities span from identifying innovative solutions to firm-wide challenges, managing CRM systems, and overseeing recruitment, onboarding, training, and supporting new team members. Rahnesia is instrumental in curriculum and product development for English Hudson, as well as technology facilitation, ensuring seamless project delivery and a high-impact client experience.

As both a Director and Senior Development Strategist, she champions and advocates for communities of color to gain entrance into any and all areas from which they are normally excluded. She combines her unique background in education, advocacy, organizing and management to keep both English Hudson and client trains moving forward on-time and efficiently. When not making waves professionally, Rahnesia, based in Raleigh, NC, enjoys beach days with her husband and two pups, zipping around the lake on their boat, diving into good books, and setting off on travel adventures.
